Steeping Instructions for Herbal Tea
Step 1
Bring 150 ml of filtered water to boil in a kettle or a pan.
Step 2
pour the boiled hot water into a teapot or teacup
Step 3
add 0.7-1 grams of hibiscus flower per 150 ml water
Step 4
Experiment with your tea
Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes depending on your preference and taste.
Step 5
Optional – Add sugar or honey to add flavour.
Step 6
Strain your tea into a cup. Enjoy!
